A&M vs. LSU

 We took a road trip to Aggieland for three days over Thanksgiving.

 The first day we attended the A&M vs McNeese St. girls basketball game.  Above picture of the kids in the Aggie practice gym.  They were excited to play basketball before the game.

 William got to meet his favorite Aggie, Alex Caruso.

 They are super tired but made it to Midnight Yell!  Catherine and I were party poopers.

 Thanksgiving Day 2014.  Hilary, my best friend from high school, and her family drove down from North Carolina to attend the football game.  We met for Thanksgiving at the Chicken Oil Company.  We had a wonderful feast and it was so nice to spend to day with her.

The last day we attended the A&M vs. New Orleans boys basketball game.

Team Dinners

 Elizabeth's high school basketball team is having team dinners every week.  This week is our turn to host but our house is a complete wreck as we are installing new floors.  Thankfully, Eric has keys to the high school so we were able to host and cook at the school today after their practice.

Elizabeth helped me make four lasagnas which were a big hit.

Our new floors are looking awesome!  Papa came over yesterday to show us how to grout.  This is the dining room by our front entry way (we took out the old tile).  I'm hoping to get all my china back in place before we get out all the Christmas decorations.

Catherine has been working hard with Papa the past couple of weeks.

7th Grade Basketball

 Last night, Sarah played her first middle school basketball game.  Above picture of her getting the tipoff to start the game.

 She is the starting point guard on A-team.

 Sarah is number 3.

 Shooting free throws.  She played great and even hit a 3pointer!

Her team lost their first game by 3 points.  It was a heartbreaker.  :-(

Sarah's 1st Cross Country Meet

 Sarah ran in her first cross country meet this afternoon.

 There were a couple hundred 7th grade girls.

 Almost to the finish line!

 Sarah got 39th overall.  There were 13 middle schools.  She was 1st from her school.

First High School Basketball Game

 Elizabeth played her first high school basketball game in the Allen Tournament.  Eric played high school basketball on this same court many years ago!

First Trophy

Catherine (far left) received her first trophy today.  Her soccer team won first place with a record of

6-1-1.  Way to Go, Cool Cats!

Happy Halloween 2014

 Happy Halloween 2014!  Elizabeth's high school had their forthcoming football game so we only trick or treated at a few houses this year.  Eric has to work all the football games so we decided spend the evening together.

 Nana made Catherine this beautiful Elsa dress.  She is turning the stadium to ice in this picture.  It got cold in Texas last night thanks to Elsa!
