Camp Cougar

Elizabeth celebrated Camp Cougar this week with her 3rd grade class. Every year the 3rd graders get to have class outside in tents but the weather did not cooperate this week and it was too muddy to put up the tents. The teachers worked hard so they could still have Camp Cougar inside this year. Above picture is Elizabeth making her s'mores. If you look in the background you will see their homemade campfires!
Today they were able to do a few activities outside. One of their favorite stations was making tie dye shirts.
This afternoon they performed their skits. The above picture is my group on stage. They did a great job and have made wonderful memories of 3rd grade.

Happy Easter

It was a rainy Easter Sunday in Texas. We took the kids to Sunday School and we were teacher volunteers this week. Eric got to help teach William's Sunday School class this morning. As you can see the Easter Bunny and Grandparents gave the kids way more candy than they need!
We spent the holiday weekend at my parent's house having OkieFest. My mom is from Oklahoma and her side of the family came to visit this weekend. The picture above is William playing cars with cousin Cameron (my cousin Lorrin's little boy) and cousin Gary (my brother's little boy).
