We had lots of family in town over Thanksgiving break. We spent our last day together at Dickens of A Christmas.

Today the kids had Thanksgiving at school. Standing in line three times was not a good plan so told the kids they could have food from any "drive thru." Their lunch times were longer which made kindergarten start at 10am! Nothing open for lunch at 9:30am so William got breakfast from Chick-fil-A. It was yummy!
The girls got their turkey feasts from Dickey's. 
Lunch #3 finished at 2pm. Catherine was a trooper!!!
William has "real baby" on his Christmas list. He wants Santa to bring a boy this year!
William went on his 1st school field trip yesterday. They went to the high school to see a musical. His favorite part was riding the school bus!
We celebrated Elizabeth's 11th Birthday this evening at On The Border.

We told Elizabeth she could have a party with her friends or we would buy her an iPod Touch. She chose a party so we are gearing up for an adventure this Saturday!Catherine took 9 steps last night so had to make a quick video today to share. She is growing up too fast!
3rd Grade got to go on a field trip today to the Dallas Symphony. It was a great performance but not able to take any pictures. Sarah was excited to get all dressed up this morning. Afterward, we had a picnic lunch. It was difficult going back to school as the weather in Texas is absolutely beautiful!
They liked wearing their pajamas to school today! They were sitting far apart and I could not see them all in my camera. I asked them to move closer and put their arms around each other for one quick picture. This is what I got.
William went to school today as a doctor. The kindergartners had "Community Helper Day" and got to have a parade through the school. I had lunch with him and everyone looked so cute. Of course, I forgot my camera! 
William is playing soccer this season. Eric is coaching his team and he is playing for the Aggies! :-)
Eric is the Asst Coach for Sarah's team. She has been playing for the same team since she was 4!
Great Papa and Great Nana Green both had birthdays last week. Great Papa is 94 years young! We had lots of Green Family visiting this weekend including Eric's Uncle and Aunt from Maryland who flew in for all the festivities.

The kids enjoyed Field Day at school yesterday. It was an all day event with over 30 games and the weather was perfect. William has watched the past five years and was so excited to finally be able to participate!
Elizabeth had a GREAT time this past week at 5th grade camp. They went to YMCA Camp Grady Spruce located west of Fort Worth on Possum Kingdom Lake.
Her favorite activity was horseback riding. She got to ride by herself on a trail. Her beautiful horse was named, Jasmine.
The students also enjoyed practicing archery.

William came home from school yesterday with a high fever. Poor little guy. He is upset about missing the Fire Clowns at school today and so worried about not getting to play his soccer game tomorrow. Elizabeth leaves for 5th Grade camp next week. Praying she isn't next!
Sarah received her 3rd Grade Bible during our church service this morning. She was so proud to go up front and get it with her Papas and Nanas all there to watch. She had a great time at her Bible Retreat today and is excited to start reading it. 
Here is what happened this week when you put Catherine down for 2 seconds. She has been running a high fever since Sunday and has been miserable. We went to the doctor and it is a mean, yucky virus. She broke out in a rash and is feeling better today. 
We took the kids to the George Bush Library. It is very impressive and worth a trip to College Station!
We were also impressed with the A&M Bonfire Memorial.
Eating dinner at Sbisa!! Brought back a lot of memories for Eric.
The kids had fun swimming at the hotel.
We took the kids to the Texas A&M football game this weekend. It was the largest A&M home opener crowd in history.
