Happy Halloween 2016

We went trick or treating at Mrs. Blair's house.  She is Catherine's 1st grade teacher.  All four kids had her for 1st grade.  We have been trick or treating at her house since Elizabeth was in 1st grade ten years ago!

Fall Carnival

 Catherine and I had a great time at her school Fall Carnival.  With the boys at Sky Ranch and the girls doing Homecoming festivities, I got to spend a lot of time with my favorite six year old this weekend.

 Eric and William had a great weekend together at the 6th grade Confirmation Retreat with our church.

 The kids had several team bonding activities and lessons on redemption, worship and the sacraments.

 They also had a blast on the zip line.

Cross Country 2016

 Elizabeth's cross country season ended today.  She started this season strong.

 But then came the injury.

 She has been fighting hard to comeback and compete.

This morning was the district meet and her ankle was feeling good.  The top three teams advance to regionals.  The Knights got 4th place.  It has been a tough morning.

Hot Springs, AR

Eric and I had plans to go out to dinner after William's football game.  Instead he surprised me with a weekend getaway to Hot Springs, AR.  He even took off work yesterday.  Elizabeth and Sarah had secretly packed my bags.  We enjoyed the historic downtown area and the Autumn Bliss couples spa package at one of the bath houses.  It was amazing!

A&M vs Arkansas

Eric and I had a great time tailgating with friends & family in Papa's RV yesterday.  We ended the evening at the Death Star watching A&M beat Arkansas.  My favorite Aggie is very happy!

First Day of School

First Day of School was yesterday!  They were not interested in my need for pictures.  Finally got them all together after school.  Elizabeth is a junior, Sarah a freshman, William 6th and Catherine 1st.

The Rumble

 We kicked off the school year yesterday with the annual Rumble at the high school.

 William had fun working concessions and being ball boy during the football scrimmage.

 Elizabeth chose to be introduced with the cross country team.

 Sarah was introduced with the volleyball team.
