We spent a couple of nights in Kentucky on our way home and took the kids to Mammoth Cave.

 

 

Happy 4th July

 

 

We were excited Cousin Dan and Sheri drove down from New Jersey to spend the 4th of July with us.

Eric grilled us yummy chicken and steaks.

The kids had fun doing their own firecrackers. 

It was a very relaxing holiday.

 Archives of the United States.  We were not allowed to take pictures but saw the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Constitution, etc.

Ford's Theatre.  We got tickets to see the events that took place the night Abraham Lincoln was shot.
